BEIJING OLYMPICS 2008!

National Day's celebration was super lame! The performances had nothing to do with celebrating National Day,me and cherie kept saying that they got their dates wrong and maybe they were celebrating Racial Harmony and maybe Teacher's Day together! LOL. there was like poetry,malay traditional dances and only towards the end did we get to sing some National Day songs..before the 'celebrations' ended, dexian told us that the namelist was out for the taiwan immersion programme and 8 of us got selected! Among all the CLL classes,we had the most ppl! Yeah! I can't wait!

Was abt to go home to catch some sleep when Botin called and asked me whether i want to go watch movie but because it was at Vivo, i didn't want to..but they were so irritating that i agreed in the end xp.. so i met up with botin and louisa at ard 12 at harbourfront mrt,apparently this year's ahs celebrations was like 100 times more fun than ours (i guess everybody's are!) then we went to buy the movie tickets..i wanted to watch the Mummy but left like the 2nd row seats so in the end we chose the Love Guru..den we went for lunch at Carl's junior..the movie was quite funny but the content was like revolving ard men's private part..louisa found it extremely funny and said that she will buy the cd and watch again..lol..so after the movie botin took the bus home and me and louisa took the train..first time we chatted abt so many things..haha..met shir at tanah merah mrt but i insisted that i wanted to change first before going over to huixin's hse so both shir and louisa came over..got changed and watch abit of bangbangtang with shir while louisa played with the rubrics cube..lol..we left my hse ard 5 plus..

took bus 14 to 85 just so that shir could buy bubbletea,hers tasted damn nice but mine sucked! still we were the first to reach huixin's hse followed by belinda..while waiting we watched bangbangtang again and huixin wanted to teach us a game which she claimed was very fun but actually not..lol..then all of us went down to bring rachel (so dua pai,tsk tsk :D) and we didn't realise that grace was behind us! HAHA. and the last person to come was kamhei..yeehan wanted to come but couldn't make it cause money was more imptto her! just joking,she had tuition..cher didn't cause she was at sentosa..so when everyone came we started the steamboat..we and shir were wrong that there would only be only be yong tau fu..HAHA cause it was huixin's favourite! there were alot of food and the fish were the best!! THANKS HUIXIN!=) while eating,we watched the opening of the BEIJING OLYMPICS! it was definitely spectacular and I loved the fireworks! could just see the amount of effort,resources and money that China put into hosting the Olympics! we were all gaping at the performances and at the same time proud to be a Chinese!! kamhei just kept repeating that it was beautiful and we told her that she can see for ourselves what she was saying..haha..played mahjong after eating and we were waiting for the Singapore team to come out but they were one of the last teams to come out! so while waiting,we chatted and complained about stuff that happened in school..the feeling was great! thanks guys,for lending a listening ear! shir, forget abt the connect thing though we know that you put in alot of hard work into this project.. and rach just ignore that girl! it would be better that way! left ard 10 plus and continued watching the Olympics when i got home all the way till 12 plus.. and why isn't Jet li the one who will light the torch! lol still the whole ceremony was impressive!!

Haven't felt so happy in days! =)
